FANTASY FARMS COMBINED TRAINING SHOW SERIES... Join us for our second annual Combined Training Show series. Riders compete at their appropriate levels in Dressage and Show jumping. Riders who do not wish to jump are also able to be scored on just their dressage scores. This years tests will be the 2007 Dressage tests, which can be printed from the online web site: http://dressagetestsonline.com/ The tests have changed since last season, so please be sure you are riding your current test. The dates of each show are listed below. Please be sure to have all your registration forms in ONE WEEK prior to the show. The times will be available on our web site the Thursday prior to the show. (http://fantasyfarmsjupiter.8m.com) For riders competing solely in the dressage portion of the show, they will be scored and pinned 1st - 6th place out of all the dressage riders. Riders competing in both phases of the combined training (dressage & show jumping) will be scored and pinned in the dressage and then again with their show jumping & dressage score combined. The scoring for both phases will go as follows: Riders ride their dressage tests first. Once they complete their show jumping, any faults incurred will be deducted from their dressage score and that total will be their final combined training score. Faults are as follows: THERE WILL BE A 1 MINUTE GATE CALL: ELIMINATION JUMPING BEFORE THE START WHISTLE: 4 FAULTS RAIL DOWN: 4 FAULTS UNDER MINIMUM TIME OR OVER MAXIMUM TIME: 3 FAULTS REFUSAL: 3 FAULTS CROSSING TRACKS: 3 FAULTS BACKWARDS MOTION (OF ONE OR MORE FEET): 3 FAULTS RIDER FALL: ELIMINATION HORSE FALL: ELIMINATION 3 REFUSALS: ELIMINATION OFF COURSE: ELIMINATION **ALL JUMP COMBINATIONS (A / B) COUNT AS ONE FENCE. IF YOU HAVE A REFUSAL, YOU MUST RE- JUMP THE WHOLE COMBINATION!!! ALL FAULTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DRESSAGE TIME. IN THE EVENT OF A TIE, THE RIDERS WHO STARTED WITH THE HIGHER DRESSAGE TIME WILL WIN. IN THE EVENT OF A TIE, WHERE BOTH RIDERS HAVE THE SAME DRESSAGE SCORE AND JUMP FAULTS, THE FASTEST JUMP TIME WILL BREAK THE TIE. SHOW SCHEDULE: ALL SHOWS WILL BE ON SUNDAY AND START AT 9AM UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. NOVEMBER 18 DECEMBER 16* DOUBLE POINTS JANUARY 20 RESCHEDULED: FEBRUARY 17 (NEW date: Feb 27th) MARCH 16* DOUBLE POINTS APRIL 20 YEAR END HIGH POINTS WILL CALCULATED FOR ALL TOP RIDERS IN EACH DIVISION. CHAMPION & RESERVE CHAMPION AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED TO THE WINNERS AT THE SERIES END LUNCHEON*. *DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED IN APRIL.

Class Fees: Dressage only $12 each Combined Training: $22 each Office fee: $8 (per horse & rider pair). Number : $2 (same number used for the entire season.) |

SHOWS... THOUGH WE AR NOT A TYPICAL "SHOW BARN", WE DO OFFER OUR STUDENTS WHO EXPRESS AN INTEREST IN SHOWING, THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND HORSE SHOWS EACH MONTH. WE ATTEND HUNTER, EQUITATION, JUMPER AND DRESSAGE SHOWS THOUGH-OUT THE AREA. WE INVITE STUDENTS WITH THEIR OWN HORSES, AS WELL AS STUDENT ON OUR OWN SCHOOL HORSES TO SHOW. ASK ABOUT UPCOMING SHOWS! |

| TRAIL AND BEACH RIDES... | ||
 EVERY MONTH WE TAKE OUR RIDERS AND THEIR OWN HORSES FOR AN EXCITING NEW ADVENTURE. WE VISIT VARIOUS PARKS IN THE AREA, AS WELL AS TRIPS TO THE BEACH ON HUTCHINSON ISLAND. IT IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE, AND NICE TO GET OUT OF THE RING FOR A WHILE! |
